We implemented all biosafety standards following the guidelines of the national and district health and sanitation authorities, to guarantee safe meetings and events.
Bureau Veritas granted us the “Safe Guard” certification, after a thorough evaluation of preventive measures, associated with health, safety and hygiene. The Colombian Ministry of Commerce, Industry and Tourism, granted Ágora Bogotá the “Check-in certificate”, which confirms the excellence in biosafety processes and protocols of the entire meetings and tourism industry in the country.

Mandatory wearing of face masks at all time within the venue
Monitoring security, temperature and attendance with 227 cameras
Locating 43 hand sanitizer stations, 20 portable sinks and 100 permanent ones
Preventing the use of A/C thanks to our intelligent natural ventilation system guaranteeing a flow of natural air throughout the venue
Meeting room heights between 4 to 10 meters (13 to 32 ft) allowing a better air flow
Cleaning and disinfecting common areas every 3 hours
