Bogotá has a temperate climate with average temperatures ranging from 7°C to 19°C throughout the year. Its altitude of 2,640 meters above sea level makes the weather cool and variable. There are no distinct seasons, but days can shift quickly between sunny and rainy.

VISAS AND DOCUMENTS

Citizens of more than 100 countries do not need visas to come to Colombia as tourists. This is a major advantage when organizing any kind of international event.

If you are a national of one of the countries listed in the list given in Decreto 5707 de 2008, and you are attending an event Colombia, you will not need a visa to stay for up to 90 days from the day you arrive.

POWER SUPPLY

Electricity in Bogota is at 110V/60Hz. Most wall sockets take Type-B 3-pin plugs, compatible with Type-A flat 2-pin American-style plugs.
