Did you lose an item at one during your visit to the convention center and need to recover it?

If any of these items belong to you, please note that they are currently being held at the Ágora Bogotá Convention Center facilities.
Please visit our offices Monday through Friday, from 8:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and from 2:00 p.m.
to 5:00 p.m. To claim your item, you will need to complete the following steps:
- Answer at least three (3) questions to verify ownership of the item.
- Provide a brief description of the loss scenario (including the date and location where it was lost).
- Provide a description and the current condition of the item(s).
- Provide any additional information that helps corroborate the validity of the claim.
Please note: If the recovered item was part of an event’s commercial exhibition, you must present the "Merchandise Entry Form for Free Trade Zone"
